His practice focuses on advising companies on complex national and cross-border transactions, particularly in the areas of corporate, commercial, and real estate law. He advises companies—from innovative tech start-ups to international corporations—on corporate restructuring, acquisitions, and corporate governance issues. In the area of real estate transactions, Daniel Wagner assists in the structuring and implementation of complex projects and supports clients from contract drafting to transaction execution.

Starting August 1, attorney Daniel Wagner will serve as senior legal counsel for Enpal AG. His professional experience at renowned law firms such as Taylor Wessing and Watson Farley & Williams underscores his international orientation.
