Mr. Klein combines the expertise of an experienced real estate lawyer with the practical understanding of an in-house counsel. His professional career is characterized by valuable experience in both worlds.
At a renowned boutique law firm in Hamburg specializing in real estate law, he advised various companies in the real estate industry on transactions, project developments, commercial leases, and represented them in court. His subsequent move to a dynamic London-based real estate start-up, where he took over responsibility for the German legal department, broadened his horizons to include an entrepreneurial perspective.
In his role as in-house counsel, Mr. Klein also gained several years of extensive experience in employment law. He handled a wide range of employment law issues, from drafting employment contracts and dismissal protection proceedings to complex restructuring measures. This practical experience enables him to view employment law challenges from the perspective of the company and develop practical solutions.
Mr. Klein has successfully advised on a large number of real estate transactions in both positions. His experience as head of a legal department gives him a particularly in-depth understanding of his clients’ requirements. He knows exactly what is important in legal advice from a corporate perspective, both in real estate law and in employment law.
