Fields of activity
Konstantin Keller LL.M. advises clients comprehensively in the areas of German and international civil law. Here, the focus is on the enforcement of both contractual and tort claims. Among other things, he advises on inheritance law issues. This may involve the drafting of a will, inheritance contracts, claims to a compulsory portion or the settlement of an estate.
Mr Keller supports his clients in planning and structuring the succession of assets in order to avoid disputes within the community of heirs and, if necessary, to take advantage of tax benefits. Furthermore, Mr Keller advises investors in capital market law who have been damaged by failed investments. This is often in correlation with faulty investment advice, or even a criminally relevant investment fraud.
Mr Keller is characterised by his ability to act swiftly from the outset and to proceed in a targeted manner in order to fully protect his clients’ interests. In particular, Mr. Keller takes care of failed investments in connection with speculative or capital market transactions or in connection with online or crypto trading.
The development and implementation of litigation strategies, litigation as such, as well as out-of-court negotiations with the opposing party are the basis for a successful assertion of interests, be it private individuals or companies.
Close client contact ensures that the client is always informed about the next steps. Likewise, in many cases, close cooperation with the relevant authorities is a good way to achieve the client’s goal as quickly as possible.
Attorney Keller worked for over four years in one of the leading German commercial law firms in Frankfurt am Main in the area of complex disputes & litigation. During this time, his skills in dispute resolution, both in and out of court, were developed to the highest level.
So far, Mr Keller has handled mandates ranging from private individuals to DAX-listed companies. It is well known that the best legal dispute is the one that is not conducted in the first place. Therefore, an amicable, out-of-court solution to the conflict is often the best option. However, if a legal dispute is unavoidable, Mr Keller will also represent you as an expert in court proceedings.
