Career
After graduating from secondary school in Bavaria, Mr. Scharnagl initially spent one year working in the field of school development and education in Thailand. He then studied Geography and Art History at Otto Friedrich University Bamberg before commencing his law studies at Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg. During his studies, he already focused on international private law and European law, and further deepened this specialization during his legal traineeship.
Mr. Scharnagl completed his legal traineeship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Nuremberg, with placements in the judiciary and in legal practice. As part of his traineeship, he also worked at a renowned law firm in Vienna, where he gained in-depth insight into international client work and dealing with different European legal systems.
His working style is characterized by analytical precision, structured case handling, and a keen understanding of economic contexts. Through his international experience and specialization in European and international private law, Mr. Scharnagl combines legal accuracy with a practice-oriented perspective on commercial and cross-border matters.
