Maximilian von Mettenheim has been admitted to the bar since 2010 and has been a specialist lawyer for commercial and corporate law since 2016. He has many years of experience in advising and representing national and international companies, particularly in the field of high-performance computing and artificial intelligence.

Since 2022, Mr. von Mettenheim has been Lead Counsel at ParTec AG, a provider of high-performance computing and AI systems listed in the Scale segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. There, he is responsible for setting up and managing the legal department, providing legal support for extensive system delivery and supply contracts, and assisting with complex tendering procedures at national and European level.

Previously, Mr. von Mettenheim was a salary partner at LUTZ | ABEL Rechtsanwalts PartG mbB in Munich. His legal practice included representation in civil and corporate disputes, drafting corporate agreements, and advising family offices.

Mr. von Mettenheim studied law at the Ruprecht Karls University of Heidelberg and the Christian Albrecht University of Kiel. He also earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and completed a course at the Wharton Business School.
