Mona Wrobel is a certified specialist lawyer in IT law. For many years, she has been advising companies across various industries on all aspects of data protection as well as complex legal issues related to technology. Previously, Mona Wrobel worked at the international commercial law firm Taylor Wessing and the legal tech start-up Secjur GmbH.

She is currently employed as in-house counsel at TeamViewer Germany GmbH, a globally leading software company.

A particular focus of her work lies in the privacy-compliant design of digital services – from websites and apps to data-driven business models. She also conducts gap analyses for data protection compliance, ensures the safeguarding of international data transfers, and structures intra-group data flows.

Mona Wrobel has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating data protection agreements. She also supports companies in developing and implementing data deletion concepts, conducting data protection impact assessments, and designing marketing activities in compliance with data protection regulations and competition laws.

In the field of IT law, Mona Wrobel provides comprehensive advice on the drafting and negotiation of software license agreements, project contracts, and SaaS agreements. She legally supports IT projects and software development from conception to implementation – including in the context of company foundations.

With regard to AI compliance, Mona Wrobel assists companies in adhering to AI-specific regulations of the AI Act and promotes AI literacy within organizations through the development of internal policies and tailored training sessions.
