Expertise
Nicole Schütt specializes in IT law, data protection law, contract law, intellectual property law and compliance. She advises companies and digital business models in the areas of data protection compliance, contract drafting (including SaaS, general terms and conditions, DPAs), social media law and e-commerce.
One focus of her work is the drafting and review of digital contracts as well as the legally compliant implementation of data protection and trademark law requirements. She assists clients with the introduction of tools, the development of compliance structures and legal issues relating to digital business processes.
In addition to her legal practice, she works as legal counsel for a software company, where she works in particular at the interface between law, IT and strategic issues.
Her advisory topics also include new regulations such as the Data Act, the Digital Services Act or the AI Regulation, the implementation of which she supports in a practical manner – always with a view to the entrepreneurial reality.
She stands for pragmatic and solution-oriented advice that creates legal clarity and supports business decisions.
