As an inheritance lawyer, Lawyer Bounin advises entrepreneurs and private individuals on all questions of asset succession in the case of inheritance and gifts. He supports you in the drafting of wills and inheritance contracts as well as in the settlement of inheritance cases. In addition, Lawyer Bounin represents and advises you in inheritance disputes between co-heirs as well as with third parties.

Lawyer Bounin’s work also focuses on advising companies on all specialist areas of intellectual property law. The core of this activity is formed by mandates in competition law as well as in trade mark and copyright law. In addition, he advises companies and private individuals on statements by third parties that are damaging to their reputation and business, e.g. in the form of fake reviews on online portals.

During his studies, Lawyer Bounin focused particularly on tax law. Through his participation in expert lectures by judges, lawyers and professors as a student and research assistant at the Faculty of Law in Tübingen, he also gained expertise from a broad spectrum of commercial law.

As a trainee lawyer, Mr Bounin was involved in drafting contracts, including company agreements and general terms and conditions. He was also involved in international arbitration proceedings with a focus on the Eastern European and Asian economic areas. Furthermore, he helped countless private individuals to recover money lost in online gambling from the operators of illegal gambling portals.

Lawyer Bounin also advises and represents private individuals and companies in the letting and leasing of commercial premises as well as larger residential leases.
