ETHDT – The broker claimed to be a financial service provider on its website https://ethpi.top/, which claims to have been active in the field of online trading. At the time of writing, the online presence of the service provider was no longer available. You have invested with ETHDT and would like your capital back? The Herfurtner law firm will help you with any problems.

ETHDT – Reviews

There are currently a very large number of investment service providers such as ETHDT. This means that it has never been as easy but also as risky as it is now to invest in the unpredictable financial markets. Precisely because there are countless options, choosing a provider can be time-consuming and intimidating. Especially if it is to suit your particular investment intentions. Have you already invested with ETHDT? In this case, the following points are relevant for you as an investor.

  • Access to the international stock exchanges is made easier and more interesting for capital investors through online investments.
  • A large number of order types can be used in online trading.
  • A suitable address for investors who want to find out about share certificates, futures, binary options and cryptocurrencies is a website like this one.

The following statements are general recommendations for investors – regardless of the platform in which you invest capital.

Online trading with ETHDT or other providers: Dangers?

Just as the stock exchange and other financial markets are exposed to certain dangers, so is online trading. As an investor, you should therefore examine ETHDT in light of the following aspects:

  • The dangers of online security
  • Disadvantages that can be associated with the offer, e.g. conceivable losing trades
  • Insufficient knowledge about the product
  • Service providers who are unreliable

Reduce the risk by looking for a proven track record when choosing a trading service. In this context, it is also relevant that you are guaranteed reliable money management. This is the only way you can move confidently in the internet trading arena. Money investors who have a deft touch can definitely make a living from this, and their earnings are potentially above average.

At least if they have the best approach. One thing should be clear to anyone starting out in trading: The danger of losing more capital than was deposited into the bank account of the broker ETHDT when trading on the stock exchange exists all the time.

Deadline pressure with investments? What experiences have you had with ETHDT?

Do you feel the pressure of a tight deadline? The financial service provider is baiting you with a special offer, but you are under pressure to make a choice immediately? This is not an excellent idea at all, because it is often a feint. Don’t rush into a decision You can not only get trustworthy offers now, but also invest with ETHDT in the future. To achieve their goal, criminals know exactly what to do. They make an effort to get as much information as they can about the person they are targeting through cleverly prepared requests.

They also ask about the other person’s circumstances, e.g. whether he or she is home alone or has savings at home. They also use a “wait and see” method to make the person desperate. You can keep your counterpart on the phone forever until he agrees to go to the credit union and hand over cash and other valuables to the criminals. In one such scam, time pressure is imposed on the injured party. With this tactic, the injured party is encouraged to disregard his own vigilance.

New support scams use the same method. Since the computer of the person contacted is presumably attacked by an extremely serious computer virus, the callers, presumably acting on behalf of Microsoft or such a provider as ETHDT, demand in English with an Indian accent the urgent repayment of a maintenance contract. The criminals increase the pressure by threatening the targeted persons to make them pay if their PC is infected and transmits the infections.

Ponzi scheme: How do I protect myself from it?

A Ponzi scheme is a type of capital fraud. In this, money is pooled from new investors and then applied to distribute capital to the former victimised individuals. The organisers of Ponzi schemes usually assure you that they would invest your assets and achieve huge returns without risking your capital. Nevertheless, in many Ponzi schemes, the criminals do not actually invest the assets they receive. Instead, it is used to pay off people who paid in earlier. This allows the criminals to keep some of the money for themselves.

So pay attention to the risk-reward ratio in all investments – including ETHDT. Ponzi schemes need a steady inflow of new assets to keep running, as they have very little or no real income. Many of these structures fail when it becomes costly to attract fresh investors or when a considerable number of investors drop out. If you want to invest with a provider like ETHDT, you should always act with caution. Among the clues you should watch out for are:

  • Overly predictable outcomes. Over time, deposits tend to rise and fall. Any store of value that consistently produces positive returns regardless of market conditions should be viewed with a high degree of doubt.
  • Deposits that are not reported to financial regulators. In most cases, Ponzi schemes are unregistered investments that are not controlled by official authorities such as Bafin.
  • Strategies that are very difficult to identify. Keep your capital out of the stock market if you do not know enough about it.
  • The payment of returns does not work? If you do not receive any payments at all or find it difficult to get paid out, you should be careful. Ponzi scheme operators may try to persuade participants to stay by promising even higher profits if they do not withdraw money.
  • Selling without a licence: Investment professionals and firms must be licensed or registered under federal and state securities laws. The vast majority of Ponzi schemes involve unlicensed people or firms.
  • Is there a problem with the documentation? If there are errors on your account statement, it may be an indicator that your assets are not being invested properly.
  • Risk-free profits with little or no volatility. Every investment involves a degree of risk, and the riskier a deposit is, the more likely it is to yield a high return.

Internet broker does not pay out – what can you do?

Consumers are repeatedly wooed by an “online broker” or call centre employee after they sign up to the apparent online trading platform. The intention is to persuade the investor to increase his or her permanent investments in order to maximise profits. This is also an initially legitimate goal of the provider ETHDT. Shortly after the customer has deposited his capital, preliminary profit developments are presumably displayed on his account.

This should encourage the investor to invest steadily in the financial instrument. The operators of the trading platform, in turn, can use fraud software to fake account changes and profits without the customer noticing.

Make sure that the accounts can be verified equally at ETHDT.

In reality, no trading takes place at all on various platforms. Instead, the transferred assets are transferred by the fraudulent online brokers to bank accounts abroad. This is not noticed by the investors for the time being. The “online brokers” put the payout on the back burner of the represented income, by demanding that the investors pay what appear to be taxes and commissions.

These manipulations only serve the purpose of increasing profits. At some point, communication breaks down completely. The money transferred is used up. From this point on, the only way to take the necessary steps is to go to a lawyer.

Place value on clearly recognisable exit options

Check when and how much money you will get back. Ideally, avoid long-term contracts that cannot be cancelled early or where you would experience considerable monetary losses. Conclude longer-term contracts without the possibility of early termination only with service providers such as ETHDT, whose seriousness you have no doubts about. Even if you have the option to waive a contract at any time or to terminate it over an appropriate period of time, you should be sceptical.

Even if you have this protection, you are still vulnerable to monetary damages. Make sure you know in detail how much capital you will get back if the investment goes wrong. The following rule applies to securities transactions:

Before the end of the term, find out what options are available to you to redeem share certificates.

It is often important to know whether there is a liquid market for products such as those offered by ETHDT. It is possible to sell shares through a broker or financial institution. All 3 options are legitimate for placing a sell order. The actual selling process is therefore carried out via a stock exchange (e.g. Berlin, Stuttgart, Frankfurt, Tradegate or Xetra) (e.g. for penny stocks). Order supplements can be used to direct the execution of the order in advance. The shares are sold at a time and place determined by you.

ETHDT profit distribution not made? Involve a lawyer immediately

In the event that you have already made investments with ETHDT and now want to reclaim them, there are different procedures.

  1. Often, a solution to a problem can be found directly with the service provider. In many cases, we manage to reach out-of-court sett lements with the providers. Our clients then recover all or part of their payment.
  2. If there is a suspicion that the bank accounts into which our clients have paid are part of a money laundering scheme, these accounts can be blocked. Payments to these bank accounts can then be reclaimed from the receiving bank.
  3. If an assessment by our lawyers shows that the platform operator may have acted dishonestly, we file charges with the competent prosecution authorities on behalf of our client. Our law firm is in constant exchange with public prosecutors’ offices, which direct nationwide investigations. In most cases, there are hundreds or even thousands of injured investors in these criminal proceedings. The investigations repeatedly extend to countries outside Germany’s borders. In the past, the public prosecutor’s offices have had great success in investigating several cases.
  4. If payments have been made to accounts abroad, the authorities and banks abroad can be informed. In most cases, they will then initiate their own investigations. This too is intended to secure funds in the bank accounts and then transfer them back to our clients.
  5. In the case that no solution with the operator of the investment platform is guaranteed, a complaint can be filed with the competent authority. This authority controls the case and can determine the service provider to pay compensation. Our client then receives this amount back from the service provider. Contact points for complaints can be, for example, financial authorities and financial ombudsmen.
